Does Tutor Doctor provide all the necessary training and software for franchisee success?

Absolutely! In fact, Tutor Doctor offers one of the most comprehensive and well-designed training and support programmes in the industry. The franchisee is introduced to our training team and assigned a business coach. The Business coach will act as their
main point of contact during their first year of business. There will then be 8 weeks of pre-training where the
franchisee will complete learning modules and business set-up activities. Finally, there will be 5 days of in class training with other new franchisees. On top of this, there are bi-weekly coaching sessions to ensure
franchisees stay on track to reach their goals.
Consultation coaching is also offered to help franchisees be effective while performing their initial consultations. After the first year, they transition to our ongoing specialized support where they have access to business and sales coaches, marketing experts, etc.
